step 1: backup your config.sys
Step 2: Edit config.sys, put "rem" just before the comment
"protshell=c:\os2\pmshell.exe"
then write another line just below this line
"protshell=c:\os2\cmd.exe"

step 3: Reboot your machine, it will come up in command prompt.

step 4: go to muglib\dll

step 5: backup your current netapi.dll and replace it by the one sent
with this zip file.

step 6: Restore to your original config.sys backedup in step1.

step 7: Reboot the machine

Step 8:Type net error /d

Step 9: Recreate the problem

Step 10: Send us the out put of "net error" command.
