  1. License agreement for Modem Engine, ME.

  5. ME, its compiled library, source code, and documentation, is
  6. licensed to you under the following license agreement. Use or
  7. distribution of ME constitutes your acceptance of that
  8. agreement.
  9.  
  10. ME, the compiled library, source code and, documentation, is
  11. the copyrighted material of Sacha Prins.
  12.  
  13.  
  14. UNDER THIS LICENCE, YOU MAY:
  15.  
  16. 1. Redistribute ME in any way for and shape, suitable to you,
  17.    as long as the original contents remain unchanged and that the
  18.    redistribution is free (fees to cover media and transfer costs
  19.    are allowed.)

  21. 2. Use ME, in your applications, be they free or educational,
  22.    provided that credits are given where they are due, in this 
  23.    case to Sacha Prins for the use of ME.

  25. 3. Write and publish additional classes to ME, as long as
  26.    those additional classes are published with the same licence
  27.    constraints as ME.

  29. 4. Make proprietary changes to ME, provided you do NOT
  30.    redistribute ME with those changes.

  33. UNDER THIS LICENCE, YOU MAY NOT:

  35. 1. Use ME, in your commercial or shareware  applications, without the
  36.    written permission of the author, in this case Sacha Prins.

  38. 2. Redistribute ME with bugfixes, extensions or other modifications
  39.    that improve ME without notification and approval from the copyright
  40.    holder, in this case Sacha Prins. This is just a formality, but 
  41.    this way the author stays in touch with the copyrighted material.
