License agreement for Modem Engine, ME.

ME, its compiled library, source code, and documentation, is
licensed to you under the following license agreement. Use or
distribution of ME constitutes your acceptance of that
agreement.

ME, the compiled library, source code and, documentation, is
the copyrighted material of Sacha Prins.


UNDER THIS LICENCE, YOU MAY:

1. Redistribute ME in any way for and shape, suitable to you,
   as long as the original contents remain unchanged and that the
   redistribution is free (fees to cover media and transfer costs
   are allowed.)

2. Use ME, in your applications, be they free or educational,
   provided that credits are given where they are due, in this 
   case to Sacha Prins for the use of ME.

3. Write and publish additional classes to ME, as long as
   those additional classes are published with the same licence
   constraints as ME.

4. Make proprietary changes to ME, provided you do NOT
   redistribute ME with those changes.


UNDER THIS LICENCE, YOU MAY NOT:

1. Use ME, in your commercial or shareware  applications, without the
   written permission of the author, in this case Sacha Prins.

2. Redistribute ME with bugfixes, extensions or other modifications
   that improve ME without notification and approval from the copyright
   holder, in this case Sacha Prins. This is just a formality, but 
   this way the author stays in touch with the copyrighted material.
   Credits WILL be given where due.
