  8. 7download a second packet, please logoff and wait a few moments to
  9. 7allow other members to access the system.  You are not limited in the
  10. 7number of packets you may download up to your daily time limit.  
  11. 7In fairness to other members, however, please log off after each packet 
  12. 7to allow others an opportunity to pick up their mail.
