  7. 7Active conferences may have 100 or more posts per day.  If you follow
  8. 7a very active conference you should logon at least once per day to 
  9. 7download your packet.  The SysOp has configured a maximum number of posts
  10. 7you may download at one time. If you do not call frequently, in very
  11. 7active conferences it does happen that the posts will rise over the
  12. 7established limit.

  14. 7You will find in certain conferences that the SysOp  has toggled some posts
  15. 7as permanent.  These posts may be outdated by months, but the content
  16. 7may be useful to a new user.

  18. 7From time to time check out new conferences.  The SysOp will add and delete
  19. 7conferences based on requests and usage.
  20.
