  1.  Amigo! SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

  6.  CAREFULLY READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
  7.  BY USING THIS SOFTWARE, YOU ARE CONSENTING TO BE BOUND 
  8.  BY AND ARE BECOMING A PARTY TO THIS AGREEMENT.  IF YOU 
  9.  DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, 
  10.  DO NOT USE THE SOFTWARE.

  12.  SOFTWARE LICENSE

  14.  Non-licensed users are granted a limited license to use
  15.  Amigo! on a 30-day trial basis for the purpose of
  16.  determining whether Amigo! is suitable for their
  17.  needs.  The use of Amigo!, except for the initial
  18.  30-day trial, requires registration.  The use of
  19.  unlicensed copies of Amigo!, outside of the initial
  20.  30-day trial, by any person, business, corporation,
  21.  government agency or any other entity is strictly
  22.  prohibited.

  24.  A license for personal use may be purchased that grants
  25.  the user the right to use Amigo! on one computer.  
  26.  
  27.  The Amigo! Software source code form remains a 
  28.  confidential trade secret of A&J Systems, and 
  29.  therefore no one may modify or patch the Amigo! 
  30.  executable files in any way, including but not 
  31.  limited to decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise 
  32.  reverse engineering the programs.

  34.  DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

  36.  A&J SYSTEMS MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE SUITABILITY
  37.  OF THIS SOFTWARE OR ABOUT ANY CONTENT OR INFORMATION MADE 
  38.  ACCESSIBLE BY THE SOFTWARE, FOR ANY PURPOSE.  THE SOFTWARE IS
  39.  PROVIDED 'AS IS' WITHOUT EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING
  40.  WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR 
  41.  PURPOSE OR NONINFRINGEMENT.  A&J SYSTEMS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE
  42.  UNDER ANY THEORY FOR ANY DAMAGES SUFFERED BY YOU OR ANY USER OF
  43.  THE SOFTWARE.

  47.  A limited license is granted to copy and distribute
  48.  Amigo! only for the trial use of others subject
  49.  to the above limitations and provided that, Amigo! 
  50.  and all of its release files, are copied in unmodified
  51.  form, complete with the file containing this 
  52.  license information.

  57.  Use of this product for any period of time constitutes
  58.  your acceptance of this agreement and subjects you to its
