Amigo! SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

 CAREFULLY READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
 BY USING THIS SOFTWARE, YOU ARE CONSENTING TO BE BOUND 
 BY AND ARE BECOMING A PARTY TO THIS AGREEMENT.  IF YOU 
 DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, 
 DO NOT USE THE SOFTWARE.

 SOFTWARE LICENSE

 Non-licensed users are granted a limited license to use
 Amigo! on a 30-day trial basis for the purpose of
 determining whether Amigo! is suitable for their
 needs.  The use of Amigo!, except for the initial
 30-day trial, requires registration.  The use of
 unlicensed copies of Amigo!, outside of the initial
 30-day trial, by any person, business, corporation,
 government agency or any other entity is strictly
 prohibited.

 A license for personal use may be purchased that grants
 the user the right to use Amigo! on one computer.  

 The Amigo! Software source code form remains a 
 confidential trade secret of A&J Systems, and 
 therefore no one may modify or patch the Amigo! 
 executable files in any way, including but not 
 limited to decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise 
 reverse engineering the programs.

 DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

 A&J SYSTEMS MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE SUITABILITY
 OF THIS SOFTWARE OR ABOUT ANY CONTENT OR INFORMATION MADE 
 ACCESSIBLE BY THE SOFTWARE, FOR ANY PURPOSE.  THE SOFTWARE IS
 PROVIDED 'AS IS' WITHOUT EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING
 WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR 
 PURPOSE OR NONINFRINGEMENT.  A&J SYSTEMS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE
 UNDER ANY THEORY FOR ANY DAMAGES SUFFERED BY YOU OR ANY USER OF
 THE SOFTWARE. 
 	
 DISTRIBUTION

 A limited license is granted to copy and distribute
 Amigo! only for the trial use of others subject
 to the above limitations and provided that, Amigo! 
 and all of its release files, are copied in unmodified
 form, complete with the file containing this 
 license information.


 ACKNOWLEDGMENT

 Use of this product for any period of time constitutes
 your acceptance of this agreement and subjects you to its
 contents.
