- Acorn Enhances Support Levels for A4 Portable Computers
- -------------------------------------------------------
- Acorn Computers, the UK's leading supplier of RISC based personal computers,
- is enhancing levels of support for its A4 RISC OS portable computers.

- As of March 3rd 1994, a one year warranty will be supplied free of charge
- with every A4 portable computer purchased. At the same time, Acorn is
- introducing a new three year extended warranty product for the A4. Both
- warranties include on-site and telephone hotline support, provided by
- Granada Microcare.

- All new Acorn A4 portable computers purchased from March 3rd 1994 onwards
- will be covered by the new one year warranty arrangement. The extended three
- year warranty and on-site service product is available for sale through
- Acorn dealers at #149.95 (including VAT) to new A4 customers as well as
- existing owners. In all instances the period of cover will start from the
- date on which the A4 was purchased.
