  5. Specifications and capabilities:

  7.     • 16 bit non-interlaced filler for arbitary no. of voices
  8.       (given processor bandwidth limits). Therefore no sample
  9.       aliasing occurs at low frequencies thus requiring no
  10.       filter in the hardware (guaranteed quality).
  11.     • Practically infinite sample size for 8/16 bit samples
  12.       with 8 octaves range allowing for superbly flexible composition.
  13.     • Perceived linear volume and stereo positions using
  14.       linear samples.
  15.     • Accepts little endian 16 bit 2's complement and 8-bit 
  16.       µ-Law (standard Arch format) sample formats.
  17.     • 256 samples can be loaded at anyone time from a sample
  18.       base of up to 2002 samples.
  19.     • Up to 256 patterns in a song of up to 256 sequences.
  20.     • Fully synchronised buffered effects with up to 256 
  21.       simultaneous auto-effects.
  22.     • Guaranteed no slow-down whilst playing (player has interrupt
  23.       status priority).
  24.     • Double speed resolution with speed resolution command
  25.       implemented - allows 100Hz resolutions for effects and events.
