About this beta

Lately memory has been the biggest problem of all. Well, it still is
pretty much. I have found a temporary solution, though: Overlays.
Using them gives you back more memory, but you pay for it with speed.
So, it might be a little slower now, but that's life. Once I can
compile this on a 32bit compiler, we shouldn't have any memory problems
anymore. I'm trying to port it to DJGPP, but it's not really all that
easy.
So, being a beta, feedback would be appreciated, both bug reports and
ideas or impressions, etc. However, there are some bugs that I already
know about..
* Fix lines seems to have some problems. Will look into it.
* Blockmap generator is being rewritten, so it's not working right now.
Now, what's real new and could benefit from some serious beta testing?
Well, I've started on the rectangle mode. It's in a very primitive
state, but should work ok right now. F9 will get you to it. The error
checkers have been expanded a lot. It checks for a LOT of errors. Try it
out and see how it works out. I think it's all bug free. Fix sectors
is finally in, and works fine for me. It's basically just generate
sectors, only it doesn't wipe out your current sectors first. Let me
know if you have problems with it. A bunch of minor things have been
changed, fixed, improved. Ok, that's all. Have fun!
