  3.         The default paper size for the driver is A4.  This must be
  4.         changed to LETTER.

  6.         The default resolution for the driver is set to 180x180.  
  7.         this should be changed to 360x360 for the best print quality.

  9.         Both of these settings are changed in the Windows Control Panel.
  10.         Click on the PRINTERS icon, highlight the printer and click
  11.         on the SETUP button.  Change both of the values to those listed
  12.         above.
