  8.     Well, here it is! The release version of Top Secret Cars, an automobile
  9. database created for use with TSR's excellent but no-longer-produced Top
  10. Secret S.I. role-playing game. Remember, since this program was written with
  11. Asymetrix's Toolbook, you will need Microsoft Windows 3.x, 2 Mb or more of
  12. RAM, and the Toolbook Runtime, available from many BBS's and disk libraries.

  14.     The stats for over 115 cars are included, from econo-boxes to minivans to
  15. 4-wheel-drives to Supercars, providing a full range of performance and price.
  16. If you can't find the car you need, there'll surely be an equivalent from
  17. which you can draw stats. If you need an indy car's performance stats, check
  18. out the McLaren F1 or Yamaha OX-99v. If you need the stats for the Corvette
  19. ZR-1, it's in there!

  21.     Enjoy using this program, and feel free to add your own designs or
  22. favorite vehicles. Use the examples and equations given to translate real-
  23. world terms to game terms.

  25.     This program is freeware, which means that you don't have to pay for it
  26. to use it, but I still reserve copyright rights. You may not modify it in
  27. any way except by adding, modifying or deleting records. You may distribute
  28. the original archive to your friends. Feel free to give a copy with added
  29. vehicle to friends as well.
