  26.    concerning the operation of the 'OtherNets'.  While announcements
  27.    and advertisements can be posted in this echo, it is strongly   
  28.    urged that those announcements be made in OTHERNETS.  NETLINE can
  29.    be used to discuss operations of Othernets, announcements of
  30.    node number assignments and problem resoltion.
