  5.     1.  All users are required to use their 'REAL' names.   Aliases are 
  6.         permitted at the END of your message ONLY!
  7.     2.  Ads of any types are FORBIDDEN.   Personal Signatures with your
  8.         Internet  address  are acceptable.
  9.     3.  The topic of the  NASCAR echo is anything which pertains to any
  10.         form of NASCAR Racing. Remember though that a moderator has the
  11.         right to declare any thread off-topic when it starts interferin
  12.         with the smooth running of the echo.
  13.     4.  Please stay on-topic!   When issues off-topic are raised,  some
  14.         leeway will be given for users to  discuss matters  among them-
  15.         selves, but in general if a topic is declared  off-topic by the 
  16.         moderator, the LEEWAY will end at the moderators discretion.
  17.     5.  Keep the quoting to the minimum needed  to establish the reason
  18.         for your reply.  Try not to quote more than your answer.
  19.     6.  This  conference may not be gated  into any Network other  than
  20.         FidoNet without the prior approval of the moderator.   Just ask
  21.         the moderator sometimes approves it.
  22.     7.  Also, importing of outside material, other than your own,  such 
  23.         as copyrighted material, is restricted to  pre-approval  by the 
  24.         moderator.
  25.     8.  Flaming,  name-calling,  insults,  user-bashing,  and all dirty
  26.         language is strictly forbidden.
  27.     9. Treat others how you want to be treated.   And, above everything
  28.        else have fun and let's get to talking about NASCAR racing!

  30.     That's it!  Unless someone comes up with a new way  to get onto the
  31.     wrong side of the moderator.   The moderator reserves  the right to 
  32.     make any changes or add new rules to fit the situation.
