  11. relationship of church and state. This includes separation of
  12. church and state, religious liberty in general, and the
  13. religious liberty clauses of the First Amendment.

  16. promotion or denigration of any religious or nonreligious
  17. groups. The moderator asks that you stay on topic and change the
  18. subject heading when you alter the discussion. Please stick to
  19. issues. The moderator will permit no personal attacks and may
  20. remind you if you stray from the topic. If you encounter what
  21. you perceive to be violations of the law in the field of church
  22. and state, you are welcome to post the information here. It will
