Indeed, it's very good, I have one and also a texel drive, and i'd pick the
panasonic over the texel any day of the week.

Yes, I have used this both with the SBpro and with the atbus card... right now
it's in my 386 with the at bus card, no problem, and in my 486 with the sb-pro
it ran just fine

Comparing the 562 and the texel, i don't noticed any differences, i'm sure there
is, but hey, fast is fast is fast...
Plus, the texel is caddyed which I hate, and the 562 is tray with is MUCH nicer

Never had any trouble at all with it with audio... even ran fine in background
