  18.  This program is only valid
  19. for GEOS kernal versions
  20. 1.2, 1.3 and 2.0.
  21.   Alarm Flash is an application which
  22. will flash the color of the screen
  23. border when the preset alarm time
  24. has been reached
  25.   The program is simple to use:
  26.   All you need to activate the color
  27. flash is to run the program and choose
  28. 'Alarm/Execute' from the main menu.
  29.   Alarm action and use is still the
  30. same as before execution.
  31.   The time that the alarm is to go off
