  1. ALTIUM INC. (an IBM Company) announces the availability of a new
  2. book on MICRO CADAM.  USING MICRO CADAM is a complete reference and
  3. user guide covering all aspects of MICRO CADAM.  It has over 1200 pages
  4. pages and is both a computer reference manual for the experienced user,
  5. and a powerful training guide for the person just starting out.

  7. All commands options and concepts are explained using easy to
  8. follow diagrams and tables.  Sample exercises are included
  9. throughout.  The QUICKSTART section will get you up and drawing as
  10. quickly as possible.  Tips and hints for increased productivity are
  11. included.

  13. The book includes the latest version of MICRO CADAM FREE
  14. DEMONSTRATION SOFTWARE that is the equivalent of MICRO CADAM
  15. CORNERSTONE R1.3C.  The demonstration software has no restrictions
  16. on use, is not copy protected, and is a full working version of
  17. MICRO CADAM CORNERSTONE R1.3C.  The DXF translator and all other
  18. utilities are included.

  20. The book also contains hundreds of charts, graphs and tables, most
  21. of which are also not available on the BBS version.

  34.      ■    Q387 math coprocessor emulation software (for those that
  35.           don't have a math coprocessor)...NOTE: only works on 386
  36.           and 486 computers!

  38.      ■    PRINTCAD software (allows you to interactively print your
  39.           MICRO CADAM drawings as HPGL files to dot matrix
  40.           printers, laser printers, and all those devices that
  41.           would normally be used as printer devices. (requires 400K
  42.           extended memory)

  44.      ■    PRINTGL software has the same functionality as PRINTCAD
  45.           but runs standalone and does not require any extended
  46.           memory (i.e. 640K is OK!)
