  16.             That was an... error, to be sure.
  17.             But an understandable one. No one
  18.             could've foreseen that Damar would
  19.             become a terrorist. The concept
  20.             is antithetical to the very nature
  21.             of Cardassians. They respect
  22.             authority. They value the rule of
  23.             law and the security of order --
  24.             which is exactly what the Dominion
  25.             offers them.

  27.     The Female Shape-shifter just stares at him. Thot
  28.     Pran issues another BURST of STATIC. Weyoun glares
  29.     at him, but the Female Shape-shifter smiles in Thot
  30.     Pran's direction -- she's clearly still treating the
  31.     Breen with deference.

  33.                     FEMALE SHAPE-SHIFTER

  35.             If our cloning facilities were
  36.             operational, I would eliminate
  37.             this Weyoun immediately.
  38.                 (to Weyoun)
  39.             Damar must pay a price for his
  40.             treason. Redouble your efforts to
  41.             locate his wife and children.
  42.             Then begin interrogating
  43.             Cardassian teachers, scientists,
  44.             local officials... the population
  45.             has to understand in no uncertain
  46.             terms that dissent will not be
  47.             tolerated.
  48.                 (beat)
  49.             I also want to begin putting
  50.             Cardassian civilians in and
  51.             around Dominion military
  52.             installations. If Damar destroys
  53.             another shipyard, he'll have to
  54.             kill a good number of his
  55.             countrymen in order to do it...
  56.             that should help turn the people
  57.             against him.
