  38.             I am less concerned about a
  39.             Klingon attack than I am about
  40.             this Cardassian rebellion. We
  41.             cannot fight the combined
  42.             military forces of the
  43.             Federation, the Klingons and the
  44.             Romulans while facing a full-
  45.             scale uprising behind the lines.

  48.             I completely agree. However, the
  49.             situation is well in hand. We
  50.             still control the Cardassian
  51.  
  52.             military, while Damar has only a
  53.             handful of terrorists at his
  54.             disposal. I can assure you both
  55.             that this "rebellion" poses no
  56.             threat.
