  26.             Koval while making it appear to
  27.             be an accelerated case of Tuvan
  28.             Syndrome. To do that, he'd have
  29.             to expose Koval to a short burst
  30.             of nadion radiation. The
  31.             simplest plan would be to
  32.             maneuver Koval near a phaser
  33.             relay and surreptitiously
  34.             irradiate him.

  36.             Since I doubt very much that
  37.             Sloan will have a chance to do
  38.             that, it stands to reason that
  39.             someone else will have to do it
  40.             for him.
