  28.             soldier under my command.
  29.             Understood? Every damn one of
  30.             them.

  32.     And with that, Sisko EXITS into the makeshift
  33.     Infirmary.

  35. 69   INT. BASE CAMP - MAKESHIFT INFIRMARY - NIGHT

  37.     CLOSE ON Nog, lying on a table. Though he's covered
  38.     by a sheet, it should be clear his left leg has been
  39.     amputated. Nog is awake, and though not feeling any
  40.     pain (thanks to twenty-fourth century medicine), he's
  41.     somewhat groggy. A solemn Sisko ENTERS and
  42.     approaches the bed.

  44.                     NOG
  45.             Captain...
  46.  
  47.     Nog instinctively tries to sit up, but Sisko puts
  48.     out a restraining hand.
  49.  
  50.                     SISKO
  51.                 (gently)
  52.             At ease, ensign.

  54.     Nog lies back down on the bed.
