  11.     Koral's hand traces the two figures beneath, which are 
  12.     enclosed within an outline to form a distinctive 
  13.     CARTOUCHE. Sisko and Kira both react with recognition --
  14.  
  15.                     KORAL
  16.             I see you recognize it.

  18.     Jake doesn't, but he can see that Sisko and Kira are 
  19.     amazed by what they've read.
  20.  
  21.                     JAKE
  22.             I don't.

  24.                     KIRA
  25.                 (awed)
  26.             It says... Welcome, Emissary.

  28.     Jake stares at his father, drawn into the mystery as 
  29.     well.

  31.                     KORAL
  32.                 (to Sisko)
  33.             Now you know why I asked you here.

  35.     Jake regards his father with a look of "what next?" 
  36.     Sisko reaches out in wonder...

  40.     touch the cartouche. An AWESOME SOUND jerks us as we --

  44. 6    ANOTHER ANGLE - ALTERED REALITY (OPTICAL)

  46.     Sisko suddenly finds himself in the middle of the room. 
  47.     Similar to "The Emissary," and "Prophet Motive," we are 
  48.     in an altered reality, but in this case, we haven't 
  49.     left the room. The LIGHTS have changed COLOR and 
  50.     DIRECTION. Sisko tries to reorient himself and finds 
  51.     Kira, Koral and Jake are no longer where he last saw 
  52.     them.
  53.  
  54.     They have become WORMHOLE ALIENS... cold and remote. 
  55.     They ignore Sisko completely -- as if he'd dropped 
  56.     unbidden into the midst of their discussion. 
  57.     Nevertheless, their statements bear some relation to 
  58.     his questions. Koral stands beside the stone tablet.
