  21.     Sloan tosses the PADD aside and turns to Sisko.

  24.             Captain, you took the time to 
  25.             examine their findings, didn't 
  26.             you?

  29.                 (uneasy)

  32.                     SLOAN 
  33.             Did you agree with them?

  35.     Sisko shifts uncomfortably in his seat. This was a
  36.     painful and still unresolved source of conflict between 
  37.     himself and his chief medical officer.

  43.             Of course not. No loyal Starfleet 
  44.             officer could.

  46.     Sloan's case is beginning to chip away at Sisko's 
  47.     certainty about Bashir's innocence -- though he 
  48.     continues to defend him, he doesn't have the same level 
  49.     of conviction we saw earlier.

  52.             I won't deny that Doctor Bashir 
  53.             has made some...

  57.             career, but you're a long way from 
  58.             convincing me he's a traitor.
