  9.     as Chandler and Kagan escort Bashir into the room. 
  10.     Sloan is at the replicator, withdrawing a CUP of 
  11.     coffee, his jacket now closed -- the picture of a spit-
  12.     and-polish officer. He ignores Bashir's entrance. In 
  13.     a maneuver that the internal affairs team has practiced 
  14.     to well-oiled perfection, Chandler guides the doctor to 
  15.     a chair while Kagan takes a position near the wall 
  16.     behind him. The second everyone has settled in place, 
  17.     Sloan turns to face Bashir.
  18.  
  19.                     SLOAN 
  20.             Did you get your breakfast, 
  21.             doctor?
  22.  
  23.     Sloan comes to a stop on the opposite side of the table 
  24.     and smiles expectantly at Bashir. Bashir senses Sloan 
  25.     is waiting for him to complain about the gag'h, and 
  26.     refuses to give him the satisfaction.

  28.                         BASHIR 
  29.             Yes, I did.
  30.  
  31.     Sloan studies him for another beat, then nods.

  33.                     SLOAN 
  34.             Good.

  36.     Sloan sits down on the edge of the Wardroom table, 
  37.     effectively maintaining a dominant position relative to 
  38.     the seated Bashir. He picks up one of the many PADDS 
  39.     arrayed on the table and studies it while sipping his 
  40.     coffee.

  42.                     SLOAN 
  43.             I was going over my notes from our 
  44.             last conversation and there are a 
  45.             few things I'd like you to 
  46.             clarify.

  48.                     BASHIR
  49.             Oh?
  50.  
  51.                     SLOAN 
  52.             Do you have a problem with that?
