  6.     Bashir leads O'Brien over to the bio-bed. As he scans 
  7.     him with a TRICORDER --
  8.  
  9.                     BASHIR
  10.                 (scolding him) 
  11.             You promised me you wouldn't go 
  12.             kayaking again until your shoulder 
  13.             had a chance to heal.
  14.  
  15.                     O'BRIEN
  16.                 (chastened) 
  17.             I know. But I can't stay away.
  18.                 (trying to explain 
  19.                 himself) 
  20.             It's like the river calls to me.
  21.  
  22.                     BASHIR 
  23.             That's right. It's saying, "Stay 
  24.             away. Don't come near me. I'll 
  25.             only hurt you more!"
  26.  
  27.     Before O'Brien can protest, Bashir wrenches his 
  28.     shoulder back into place -- we hear a POPPING SOUND and 
  29.     O'Brien lets out a howl of pain. A moment, then he 
  30.     lets out a relieved breath and gingerly tests his 
  31.     shoulder.
  32.  
  33.                     O'BRIEN 
  34.             Much better.
  35.  
  36.     Bashir gives him a HYPO to the shoulder --
  37.  
  38.                     BASHIR 
  39.             It'll be tender for a few days so 
  40.             go easy on it.
  41.  
  42.                     O'BRIEN 
  43.             Right.
  44.  
  45.     Bashir starts getting his things together so he can 
  46.     leave --
  47.  
  48.                     BASHIR 
  49.             If the pain starts to get any 
  50.             worse, Nurse Bandee can give you 
  51.             something.

  53.                     O'BRIEN
