  27.     a warm smile. (Note: this is Dukat thirty years ago 
  28.     and he should look slightly different. This Dukat also 
  29.     has no knowledge of Kira Nerys and thus pays her no 
  30.     special attention.)

  37.             that many of you must be feeling
  38.             a bit uneasy right now... I'm well
  39.             aware that among the Bajoran
  40.             population there's a perception
  41.             that all Cardassians are to be
  42.             feared -- that we're a cruel and
  43.             heartless race. I hope to dispel
  44.             that myth, not with words, but
  45.             with actions, in the hope that you
  46.             will come to appreciate the better
  47.             part of our nature.
