  25.     We open on Bareil taking a long gulp of bloodwine, 
  26.     mid-story:

  29.             An hour later, the Klingon guard 
  30.             returned to my cell. And as he...

  34.     to see Kira, Dax and Worf seated around a dinner 
  35.     table, clearly entertained by Bareil's tale.

  37.                     BAREIL
  38.                 (remembering)
  39.             ... put down my "last meal"... I 
  40.             slipped his mek'leth out of his 
  41.             scabbard and hid it in my shirt. 
  42.             That night, I used the blade to 
  43.             deactivate the sensor alarm, and 
  44.             used my earring to open the cell 
  45.             door.
  46.                 (a beat) 
  47.             By the time they realized I was 
  48.             gone, I was halfway to the Ventar 
  49.             system.
