  4. 40   INT. QUARK'S - SECOND LEVEL
  5.  
  6.     A pair of N.D. Klingons are beating a steady rhythm on 
  7.     their drums near the now vine-bedecked railing. MOVE 
  8.     TO REVEAL that Quark's has now been converted into a 
  9.     full-blown Klingon wedding chapel. The room is crammed 
  10.     with PEOPLE from all over the station and lit only by 
  11.     torches and candlelight. Sisko, Bashir, O'Brien and 
  12.     Martok are in the front row, wearing their ceremonial 
  13.     robes and all clutching their Ma'Stakas. Alexander is 
  14.     carrying two brightly polished bat'leths. Odo, Kira, 
  15.     Jake, Nog, Leeta, Rom, Quark and Morn can be seen in 
  16.     the crowd. Everyone is looking at Sirella, who is 
  17.     standing in the middle of the room on a raised 
  18.     platform. Worf is standing nearby. Worf and Sirella 
  19.     are both wearing special costumes for the wedding which 
  20.     should be different in style and color from anything 
  21.     else we've ever seen on a Klingon.
  22.  
  23.     Sirella raises a hand and the drumming DIES AWAY 
  24.     SLOWLY. Sirella should have the assembled crowd in the 
  25.     palm of her hand as she conducts the ceremony.
  26.  
  27.                     SIRELLA 
  28.             With fire and steel did the gods 
  29.             forge the Klingon heart. So 
  30.             fiercely did it beat, so loud was 
  31.             the sound, that the gods cried 
  32.             out, "On this day we have brought 
  33.             forth the strongest heart in all 
  34.             the heavens. None can stand 
  35.             before it without trembling at its 
  36.             strength." But then the Klingon 
  37.             heart weakened, its steady rhythm 
  38.             faltered and the gods said, "Why 
  39.             do you weaken so? We have made 
  40.             you the strongest in all of 
  41.             creation."

  43.     Worf steps up onto the platform.
  44.  
  45.                     SIRELLA 
  46.                 (continuing) 
  47.             And the heart said...
  48.  
  49.                     WORF 
  50.             "I... am alone."
  51.  
  52.                     SIRELLA 
  53.             And the gods knew that they had 
  54.             erred. So they went back to their 
  55.             forge and brought forth another 
  56.             heart...
