  12.     She pauses, collects her thoughts...

  14.                     KIRA 
  15.             You're probably wondering what's 
  16.             going to happen next. So am I. 
  17.             The only thing I know for sure is 
  18.             that I don't want anything to get 
  19.             in the way of our friendship.

  21.     Kira thinks for a moment, making sure she's said her piece.

  23.                     KIRA 
  24.             But do me a favor... if there's 
  25.             anything else you're keeping from 
  26.             me, any other deep dark secret I 
  27.             should know about but don't -- 
  28.             just tell me, okay?

  30.     Kira becomes aware of something out of the corner of 
  31.     her eye, turns to see an N.D. NURSE standing there 
  32.     watching her with an uncertain look on her face. It's 
  33.     unclear how long she's been there. Kira musters an 
  34.     embarrassed smile...

  36.                     KIRA 
  37.             Hi.
  38.  
  39.     The Nurse manages to smile back...
  40.  
  41.                     KIRA
  42.             Excuse me...
  43.  
  44.     And with that, Kira crosses past her and EXITS... off 
  45.     the Nurse as she watches her go, wondering what that 
  46.     was all about...
