  17.             all right?

  19.     O'Brien looks at the captain. A flash of thoughts: 
  20.     Dare he tell him? Looking over at Keiko, he knows he 
  21.     can't. He also knows he can't just stand there, 
  22.     exchanging pleasantries. The captain's too smart - 
  23.     he'll sense something's deeply wrong... he must get 
  24.     away.
