  12.     It's early morning and the station is just coming to 
  13.     life. QUARK, behind the bar, is going through his 
  14.     opening rituals as his first customer, MORN, enjoys an 
  15.     enormous and odd-looking breakfast. A few DABO GIRLS, 
  16.     looking lovely, go through their preparations in the 
  17.     background.
  18.  
  19.                     QUARK 
  20.             You know, Morn -- there's nothing 
  21.             quite as invigorating as breakfast 
  22.             in a bar. Where else can you get 
  23.             raw slug livers first thing in the 
  24.             morning?
  25.  
  26.     Morn shakes his head as ROM, with his usual good cheer, 
  27.     ENTERS and plops onto a stool at the bar. This is 
  28.     Rom's routine as well, and Quark has a bowl of gruel 
  29.     prepared for him.

  31.                     ROM 
  32.             What's this?

  34.                     QUARK 
  35.             What do you mean, "what's this?" 
  36.             It's puree of beetle.

  38.                     ROM 
  39.             I didn't order it.

  41.                     QUARK 
  42.             Of course you "didn't order it" -- 
  43.             you don't need to order it. You 
  44.             have it after work every morning.

  46.                     ROM 
  47.             Well, I'm not having it this 
  48.             morning. I'd like two eggs, over 
  49.             easy with three strips of bacon 
  50.             and a side of corned beef hash.

  52.     Quark stares at his brother with disbelief.
