  6.     Jake starts after him, but his foot catches the edge of the 
  7.     crater as he sets off and he trips to the ground. 
  8.     By the time he stands, Bashir has already reached the 
  9.     next rock. Bashir looks back, waves him on.
  10.  
  11.                     BASHIR
  12.             Come on!
  13.  
  14.     As Jake starts toward him an EXPLOSION rips into the 
  15.     ground between them... when the swirl of smoke and 
  16.     debris clears a bit, he can see Bashir urgently 
  17.     him forward.
  18.  
  19. 30   NEW ANGLE - ON BASHIR
  20.  
  21.     as an EXPLOSION detonates near Jake, obscuring Bashir's 
  22.     view of him...
  23.  
  24.                     BASHIR
  25.             Jake!
  26.  
  27. 31   NEW ANGLE - ON JAKE
  28.  
  29.     Another EXPLOSION, dangerously close, makes him stagger 
  30.     back... the area ahead of him is being hit by a volley 
  31.     of EXPLOSIONS, forcing him back... the area behind him is 
  32.     relatively unscathed.
  33.  
  34.     He hesitates, then runs back the way he came...
  35.  
  36. 32   ON JAKE
  37.  
  38.     his pace intensifying with each step... he's lost it, 
  39.     can think of nothing but getting away from the 
  40.     deafening explosions and the danger they represent... 
  41.     off this moment we...
