  10.             They're dead. They killed themselves.

  16.                 (figuring it out)
  17.             Because they allowed a Founder to 
  18.             die.

  20.     Dax looks to Sisko, who nods. Dax EXITS to check 
  21.     Kilana's story. Kilana looks down at the Founder's 
  22.     remains, clearly devastated.
  23.  
  24.                     KILANA
  25.                 (accusatory)
  26.             You should've trusted me.
  27.  
  28.     Sisko's anger flares.
  29.  
  30.                     SISKO
  31.             How could I? The first thing out
  32.             of your mouth was a lie -- this
  33.             isn't your first mission outside
  34.             the Dominion, is it?
  35.  
  36.                     KILANA
  37.                 (contrite)
  38.             I regret saying that.. but my 
  39.             offer was genuine. All that 
  40.             mattered to me was the Founder.

  42.                     SISKO
  43.             Then you should've told me about 
  44.             him.

  46.                     KILANA
  47.             You might've killed him or taken 
  48.             him hostage...

  54.     Kilana studies Sisko closely, realizing he's telling 
  55.     the truth.
