  8.     that everything will be all right.

  11.             Hi.

  13.     Keiko musters a smile in return. Kira approaches and
  14.     sits on a corner of the bed.

  16.                     KIRA
  17.             How you feeling?
  18.  
  19.                     KEIKO
  20.             Like I was hit by a ten ton rock.
  21.                 (rallying herself)
  22.             Julian says I'll be on my feet
  23.             tomorrow. How are you?

  25.                     KIRA
  26.             Fine.
  27.                 (twinkle in her eye)
  28.             Though I think I've put on a
  29.             little weight.

  31.     Keiko smiles.

  33.                     KEIKO
  34.             You carry it well.

  36.     And though Keiko is smiling, her eyes go down to stare
  37.     at Kira's abdomen and there is an undeniable sadness in
  38.     those eyes.

  42.             me... for us... I don't know how
  43.             to thank you.

  45.     Kira takes Keiko's hand in hers.
