  7.     prisoners in the cell block begin following his lead,
  8.     shouting and pounding on their own doors and walls.
  9.     Ee'char knows this will only cause trouble.

  11.                     EE'CHAR
  12.                 (a warning)
  13.             Miles.
  14.  
  15.     But Miles just keeps pounding until...
  16.  
  17.                     ARGRATHI COM VOICE
  18.             All offenders in detention area
  19.             four, if you do not cease this
  20.             disturbance immediately, you will
  21.             be disciplined.

  23.     But O'Brien couldn't care less what happens to him now.

  25.                     O'BRIEN
  26.             Discipline this you son of a--

  28.     But before O'Brien can pound on the door again...

  30. 47   NEW ANGLE

  32.     Ee'char grabs O'Brien and pulls him away from the door.
  33.     O'Brien tries to fight back, but Ee'char forces him up
  34.     against the door and covers his mouth with his hand to
  35.     keep him from shouting.
  36.  
  37.                     EE'CHAR
  38.             Be quiet before you get yourself
  39.             killed.
  40.  
  41.     As O'Brien struggles, the screams of other prisoners
  42.     being "corrected" echo through the cell block.
  43.  
  44.     This takes the wind out of O'Brien's sails.
  45.  
  46.     His energy and anger spent, O'Brien slumps into a
  47.     sitting position with his back against the wall.
  48.     Ee'char sits down next to him, exhausted. The
  49.     flashback ends and we....

  51.                                     CUT TO:

  53. 48   INT. PROMENADE
  54.  
  55.     O'Brien EXITS the turbolift. ODO is not far away,
  56.     talking to one of the station residents. He sees
  57.     O'Brien, excuses himself, and intercepts the chief.
