  11.     The room has been set up for a hearing. The large
  12.     conference table is gone and replaced with smaller
  13.     tables for the judge, defense, prosecution and a
  14.     witness chair. Flags of the Federation and Starfleet
  15.     stand off to one side. An antique ship's bell sits on
  16.     the judge's table. Sitting in the judge's chair is
  17.     Starfleet ADMIRAL T'LARA, an older female Vulcan in
  18.     dress uniform. At the prosecution table sits a Klingon
  19.     named CH'POK. At the defense table are SISKO and Worf,
  20.     both in dress uniforms. T'Lara strikes the bell three
  21.     times to open the hearing.

  23.                     T'LARA
  24.             This hearing will come to order.
  25.             We are here to consider the
  26.             request of the Klingon Empire that
  27.             Lieutenant Commander Worf be
  28.             extradited for trial on charges of
  29.             murder.
