  18.             we're going to test the family of
  19.             one Starfleet officer, we have to
  20.             test them all.

  22.     As he speaks, Joseph continues chopping vegetables.
  23.     But as he becomes more and more impassioned, Joseph
  24.     concentrates less and less on his work, trusting years
  25.     of experience to guide his hand.

  28.             You may want to test everyone, but
  29.             that doesn't mean we all have to
  30.             cooperate. I didn't swear any
  31.             oath to Starfleet, and neither did
  32.             Jake... or your sister... or
  33.             anyone else in this family. We
  34.             have rights, Ben... including the
  35.             right to be as stubborn and 
  36.             thickheaded as we want.

  38.     Sisko's frustrations and concern about his father's
  39.     health begin to boil over. And though he does his best
  40.     to try to control the volume of his voice, there's no
  41.     keeping the edge out of it.

  44.             Damn it, Dad. Can't you cooperate
  45.             just one time? You don't take
  46.             your medication, you don't go to
  47.             the doctor, you won't let Judith
  48.             help you out in the restaurant.
  49.             Just this once, please do what
  50.             you're asked.

  52.     Joseph doesn't want to get into a shouting match with
  53.     his son, but he's clearly not happy either.
