  12.             concentration of dilithium in this 
  13.             area. They must be using the 
  14.             survivors from the Ravinok to mine 
  15.             the ore.

  18.             It makes perfect sense. The Breen 
  19.             homeworld is a frozen wasteland. 
  20.             This place is about fifty degrees 
  21.             too hot for them.

  24.             Are you saying you approve of what 
  25.             they're doing?

  28.             Not at all. But I admire their 
  29.             ingenuity.

  31.     Dukat continues scanning the area with the binoculars. 
  32.     Suddenly, his whole body stiffens. Kira notices.

  35.             What is it?

  37.     But Dukat doesn't answer, so Kira reaches out and pulls 
  38.     the binoculars out of his hand. She looks through 
  39.     them.

  41. 60   KIRA'S P.O.V. - THROUGH THE BINOCULARS (OPTICAL)

  43.     As Kira watches, a teenage girl with mixed 
  44.     Cardassian/Bajoran features walks toward the mineshaft. 
  45.     She's carrying a water jug of some kind. She stops and 
  46.     allows a Bajoran worker to get some water from the 
  47.     container. It's TORA ZIYAL.

  54.     On Kira, as she looks over at Dukat, whose eyes are 
  55.     fixed on the girl.
