  4. 18   EXT. SPACE -DEEP SPACE NINE (OPTICAL)

  6.     With the Klingon ships.

  8. 19   INT. PROMENADE 
  9.  
  10.     It's early in the morning. The activity on the
  11.     Promenade is light, except for a sprinkling of 
  12.     Klingons, scattered about in groups of twos and threes. 
  13.     The Klingons don't seem to be doing much of anything, 
  14.     just talking quietly among themselves and watching the 
  15.     Promenade. But there's something meticulous about 
  16.     their placement and military about their bearing, 
  17.     almost like they're sentries on watch.
  18.  
  19. 20   INT. REPLIMAT
  20.  
  21.     Garak and Odo are eating breakfast. Garak has a full 
  22.     meal. Odo is sipping from a cup of coffee, which he 
  23.     keeps constantly in his right hand. Throughout the 
  24.     scene, Odo maintains a casual surveillance of the 
  25.     Klingons on the Promenade.
  26.  
  27.                     GARAK
  28.                 (re: the coffee) 
  29.             Fascinating. So both the cup and 
  30.             the liquid are merely extensions 
  31.             of your body.
  32.  
  33.                     ODO
  34.             That's correct. And if I want to, I 
  35.             can even drink the liquid,
  36.             reabsorb it, and produce new 
  37.             "coffee" in the cup.
  38.  
  39.     Demonstrating, Odo takes a swallow, then holds out the
  40.     cup. It's refilled.
  41.  
  42.                     ODO
  43.                 (holds up cup) 
  44.             This way I can give the illusion 
  45.             that I'm sharing in the dining 
  46.             experience.
