  11.             learned that Gul Dukat was the leader 
  12.             of a small group of misguided officers 
  13.             who were funnelling weapons to our 
  14.             colonies in the Demilitarized Zone.

  16.     A beat as Sisko and Kira absorb this news.  Sisko keeps a 
  17.     poker face, hiding his skepticism from Parn.

  19.                     KIRA
  20.             So the Maquis were right.  The 
  21.             Cardassian settlers are being supplied 
  22.             by the Central Command.

  24.                     PARN
  25.                 (to Sisko)
  26.             Dukat and the others were operating 
  27.             entirely without our knowledge.  The 
  28.             Central Command would never sanction 
  29.             anything that would violate our treaty 
  30.             with the Federation.  We've arrested 
  31.             Dukat's co-conspirators and they'll 
  32.             be dealt with accordingly.

  35.             Where does that leave Dukat?

  38.             With the Maquis... Where he belongs.

  40.                     SISKO
  41.             Are you saying you don't want him 
  42.             back?

  45.             I assume the Maquis will execute him 
  46.             for his crimes.

  49.             I wouldn't be surprised.
