  6.     virtually still inside the wormhole... without motion, we 
  7.     can see hundreds of light yellow nodes surrounding them: 
  8.     these are vertiron nodes... and they create for the runabout 
  9.     an incredible minefield to traverse...

  11. 53   INT. RUNABOUT

  13.     Blue light pouring in.
  14.  
  15.                     ARJIN
  16.             Now what.
  17.  
  18.     Dax moves back to her seat... taking readings...
  19.  
  20.                     DAX
  21.             Well, we can't stay here.  In forty-
  22.             two minutes, that energy mass 
  23.             expands... and once it intersects 
  24.             with one of those vertiron nodes, 
  25.             they'll feel the result on the 
  26.             Cardassian homeworld...
  27.  
  28.                     ARJIN
  29.             But the containment field is so weak 
  30.             now, it'll fail as soon as we start 
  31.             to move again...

  34.                 (beat, a plan emerging)
  35.             I guess we'll just have to let it 
  36.             fail.

  38.                     ARJIN
  39.                 (reacts)
  40.             Let it fail?  But you said it yourself -- 
  41.             if we pass through even one of those 
  42.             vertiron nodes without the containment 
  43.             field, the energy mass will explode...

  46.             Then, we'll have to avoid them...

  51.             through a wormhole... it's never 
  52.             been done...
