  13.     Sisko tries to speak, but can't.  His throat's too dry.

  17.             I know it's too difficult to speak 
  18.             right now.  Just rest.

  20.     She pours herself a cup of water.  There's no hint of 
  21.     spitefulness or cruelty on her face as she does so.

  25.             Change doesn't come easily to you; I 
  26.             realize that.  Believe me, I'm not 
  27.             expecting a sudden, miraculous 
  28.             conversion.  The change'll come by 
  29.             itself... if you're open to it.

  31.     She picks up a neatly folded homespun shirt and trousers.

  45.     A long beat.  Sisko makes no response.  Alixus lays the 
  46.     clothes out across her bed.

  52.     Alixus pours a full cup of water and sets it down on the 
  53.     table.  (But she'll take with her the flagon whence it came.)
