  9.     Another FLASH and Vash's face and arms are covered by horrible 
  10.     oozing boils.  The people on the Promenade recoil from her 
  11.     in abject horror.  Q is enjoying himself immensely.
  12.  
  13.                     VASH
  14.                 (not giving up)
  15.             It's over, Q.

  17.     A third FLASH.  Vash falls to her knees.  She is wracked 
  18.     with palsy and her skin is a deathly grey.
  19.  
  20.                     Q
  21.                 (to Vash, as if nothing 
  22.                 has happened)
  23.             I'll leave you now to reconsider my 
  24.             offer of friendship.

  26.     Q vanishes in a flash and at the same time Vash returns to 
  27.     normal.  As one of the bystanders moves to help her... on 
  28.     her reaction...
