Question:  I have a 2 MB AT and TommySoftware« CAD/DRAW doesn't work.

TommySoftware« CAD/DRAW requires approx. 1600KB free RAM. Please check Program
Manager > Help > About Program Manager if you have 1.6 MB RAM free.

Question:  I have a 2 MB 386SX and TommySoftware« CAD/DRAW doesn't work.

Please check if you are running in standard or enhanced mode. If you have not
enough memory you have to run Windows in enhanced mode. Use a permanent
swapfile to get more RAM (see Windows manual).

Question:  I'm a citizen of a country which is not listed in the start-up
           dialog. How can I get an official version of TommySoftware« CAD/DRAW?

In the start-up dialog box, choose the entry "- Unlisted Country -". If you
then register, you will be presented an international registration form.

Question:  I'm working with Windows 3.0 and I tried to use version 2.0 of
           your software.

This is not possible. TommySoftware« CAD/DRAW 2.0 requires Windows 3.1 or later
versions.

Question:  I have problems with running TommySoftware« CAD/DRAW in my OS/2
           Windows Box. What should I do?

Use Windows 3.1. We do not support OS/2 and the OS/2 Windows Box. There is
no intend to fix that problem, because it shows only that the OS/2-Windows Box
isn't really compatible to Windows 3.1. Ask IBM for help.

Question:  Sometimes TommySoftware« CAD/DRAW does not copy all objects to the
           Clipboard and sometimes it does not print the whole drawing.

This bug is known in versions 1.05 and older. The bugs however were based on a
bug in Microsoft's Windows. Just order an update from your local distributor.
Make sure to receive the latest version of TommySoftware« CAD/DRAW, at least
version 1.11.

Question:  I've downloaded TommySoftware« CAD/DRAW and everything works fine -
           with one exception: colors, zoom areas and the symbol-names in the
           sample library are in a foreign language.

You've got an old, faulty version of TommySoftware« CAD/DRAW. Download the
latest English version of TommySoftware« CAD/DRAW.

Question:  What is the latest version of TommySoftware« CAD/DRAW and how to get
           an upgrade?

The latest version of TommySoftware« CAD/DRAW is version 2.00. If there will
be a new version we will report it through this file. We will make the upgrade
available through your local TommySoftware« CAD/DRAW-Partner (see list below).
Ask them for prices.
You will also find TommySoftware« CAD/DRAW within most BBS systems and within
CompuServe, "GO GRAPHS", library section 5 ("Paint and draw programs").

Question:  How to register the software by CompuServe?

Use "GO SWREG" and register for number 320. This service is only available for
US-citizen and should not be used by others!

Question:  I have received my registration card. How can I remove the words
           "Unregistered version" from the program title?

In version 1.x of TommySoftware« CAD/DRAW, start the program. Then press the
keys ALT+CTRL+SHIFT+RETURN (ALT+CTRL+RETURN, ALT+SHIFT+RETURN or
SHIFT+CTRL+RETURN should also work). In the appearing dialog box, enter your
name, the name of the company you work for (optional) and your serial number.

In version 2.0 of TommySoftware« CAD/DRAW, choose the command LICENSE in the
help menu. In the appearing dialog box, enter your name, the name of the
company you work for (optional) and your serial number.

You can find the serial number on your licence card or on the program disk.

Question:  I moved the TommySoftware« CAD/DRAW files into another directory.
           Now the program cannot find the file "DINDRAFT.TVL". What shall I
           do?

It is recommended NOT to move the TommySoftware« CAD/DRAW files after the
installation. If you have to move the files to another drive, please do first
re-install TommySoftware« CAD/DRAW to that drive and then move all additional
files (your own drawings, libraries and settings) into the new directory.
