  4. ===== WHAT IS SIMSYNTH?
  5. SimSynth is a sound synthesizer. It allows you to create new sounds.
  6. SimSynth does for sound what a paint program does for graphics.
  7. SimSynth generates RIFF wave format files, (.WAV files), which can
  8. be played from a Windows compatible wave device, or converted
  9. for use in DOS applications.

  11. ===== IMPORTANT NOTE!
  12. Please notice the small button on in the GEN section of the program
  13. labeled with a simple "?". This gives access to the menus. Select
  14. "Registration information" for details on how to register.

  16. ===== HOW TO INSTALL
  17. Simply copy the files to a sub-directory.
  18. Your system configuration does not need to be modified!

  22. Minimum:
  23.   - Microsoft Windows version 3.1 or above
  24.   - 80386 (or better) processor
  25.   - 4+ megabytes of RAM
  26.   - Math co-processor

  30.   - 80486 50mhz (or better) processor
  31.   - 8 megabytes of RAM
