SimSynth copyright(c) 1995, 1996 by David Billen. ===== WHAT IS SIMSYNTH? SimSynth is a sound synthesizer. It allows you to create new sounds. SimSynth does for sound what a paint program does for graphics. SimSynth generates RIFF wave format files, (.WAV files), which can be played from a Windows compatible wave device, or converted for use in DOS applications. ===== IMPORTANT NOTE! Please notice the small button on in the GEN section of the program labeled with a simple "?". This gives access to the menus. Select "Registration information" for details on how to register. ===== HOW TO INSTALL Simply copy the files to a sub-directory.
