  1.             WELCOME TO THE ELEVENTH SET OF GOURMET RECIPES !!!

  4.      This set of 21 recipes is similar to previous uploads in
  5. this series.  All recipes are in ascii format (no extension) and
  6. in WordPerfect 5.1 format (with .wp extension).  The file "bbs11"
  7. (or bbs10.wp if using WordPerfect) contains an index of the
  8. recipes.  The names of files are the first 8 letters of a
  9. recipe's name with no spaces, hyphens, or other such tomfoolery. 
  10. Some filenames appear in parentheses after the entry in the
  11. index.  This was done to avoid duplicate filenames within the
  12. nine sets of recipes currently available.
  13.  
  14.      This collection has a lot of summer recipes, salads,
  15. vinaigrettes, and cold dishes.  My favorite is the blackeyed pea
  16. salad.  I don't bother looking for watercress.  Good spinach or
  17. plain old head lettuce works fine.
  18.  
  19.      As always, I'm not expecting to receive money, although a
  20. thank you is always appreciated, either via the bulletin board or
  21. the mail.  Enjoy !!!
