  46. amount of the hourly communications surcharge (i.e., $2.00/hr).  To retrieve
  47. local access numbers, please type PHONE at any main menu prompt.

  62. PLEASE NOTE:  If you are dialing long-distance to access GEnie, we do not
  63. recommend dialing a surcharged access number, as you will incur the $2.00
  64. connect hour surcharge in addition to long-distance charges.  Also note that
  65. interstate long-distance calls are usually less expensive than intrastate
  66. long-distance calls.  Please be sure to verify the long-distance charges with
  67. your local telephone company.
