  3.      Confirmation screen (Order Form) will appear. Print the Order Form by selecting the 
  4.      "Print Order" button, or select "Print" from the `File' menu.
  5. 6. You can submit the Order Form via FAX, reference it during telephone orders, or mail 
  6.      it with a personal or business check.
  7. 7. Select "Customer Support" from the `Help' menu for additional instructions, ordering,
